Since May 26, 2020 the following changes to the procedure for the provision of services enter into force:
1. When making a reservation, the data of the driver of the vehicle are not indicated.
2. Reservation is made not earlier than one hour and not later than 40 days.
3. Changes to the date and time of reservation are made only 1 time and no later than 1 hour before the start of the reserved interval.
4. Vehicle data can not be changed.
5. In case of cancellation, rescheduling, changing time of reservation, the place is vacated and appears in the public access.

The changes also affected the functionality of the site BelarusBorder.by:
1. It became possible to pre-select (before going through the registration / entry procedure) the choice of vehicle type, date and time of border crossing, checkpoint crossing.
2. The viewing the availability of queue space without queue reservation registering/ account replenishing became available from the main page of the site BelarusBorder.by.
3. The opportunity to download a report on previously made reservations is given.
