We inform you that in connection with the entry into force of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 607 dated 09/15/2022 "On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 70 dated January 22, 2009 and No. 1130 dated December 31, 2015" regarding the functioning of the electronic queue system of vehicles for entry into road checkpoints through the State Border the border of the Republic of Belarus, registration of vehicles in it, the functioning of waiting areas, as well as requirements for their equipment. In this regard, the booking of the time of entry into the waiting area will be terminated from 00:00 on 09/23/2022.
Refund of funds under the contracts for the provision of booking services will be carried out upon written request of the legal entity after signing the Reconciliation Act after 10/15/2022.
At the same time, we inform you about the possibility of transferring funds to other contracts concluded with RUE "Beltamozhservice" by written request signed by an authorized person with mandatory indication of the UNP, the name of the organization, the date of conclusion and the contract number.
