To the attention of customers!
Since April 18, 2023, changes have been made to the procedure for providing registration services:
1. Documents on the availability of the right to priority departure from the waiting area are provided by the Customer (authorized representative) to the authorized person of the operator of the waiting area only until the moment of registration in the electronic queue system.
If there is a valid registration of a vehicle in an electronic queue (without priority) and documents confirming the right to priority departure from the waiting area, the specified vehicle can either be in a live queue on a general basis, or contact the operator of the waiting area for re-registration and payment with the presentation of documents confirming the right to priority departure from waiting areas (in this case, the previous registration is considered completed without the right to restore and refund funds for the service provided), or leave the waiting area (registration in this case is considered completed without the right to restore and refund funds for the service provided).
2. For cargo vehicles, the time spent in the waiting area after cancellation in the electronic queue of which is more than 9 hours, or which have already been restored to the queue after cancellation, restoration in the queue is prohibited. These vehicles are required to leave the waiting area after paying for parking services, according to the price list established by the operator of the waiting area. Further, if necessary, these vehicles are re-registered in the electronic queue system.
